About the Opportunity
Successfully leads theresidentrecruitment process byestablishingand cultivating meaningful relationships with prospects and their families andidentifiesindividual candidate’s needs. Develops andmaintainsproductive internal and external marketing strategies including referral sources and community relationships. Maintains occupancy levels, tracks andtrendsresident movements, is thecentral pointof contact for all prospective residents and manages the admission/assessment process in collaboration with the community management team.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in marketing or human services field preferred.
Prior experience in marketing to seniors, in sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality oran appropriate healthcare/personalcare background preferred.
Proventrack recordof marketing/sales results.
An outgoing personality, superior communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
Must present a neat, clean appearance anddemonstratea positive, cheerful attitude.
Mustpossessa cleandriving record and validstate issueddriver’s license.
Local travel.
