Job Title : Failure Analysis Technician
Location: Bothell, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM - Onsite
Pay Rate: $28 per hour - $34 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Failure Analysis Technician with 1-2 years of experience to support failure investigations, field complaint analysis, and Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing failure reports, maintaining project trackers, preparing technical reports, analyzing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering and testing teams.

Experience with TrackWise, Returned Goods Analysis (RGA), complaint investigations, dashboard reporting, trend analysis, PMS, or medical device/product quality is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze incoming field failure reports and customer complaints using TrackWise.
  • Plan and coordinate RGA activities, project trackers, and deliverables.
  • Prepare RGA analysis reports and periodic PMS reports.
  • Create dashboards and perform trend analysis to identify recurring issues and potential risks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Testing.
  • Support follow-up System Engineering and Test activities.
  • Initiate MLD and/or PDLM programs when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in failure analysis, quality, engineering support, product testing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with TrackWise or similar quality/complaint management systems is a plus.
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
