Akkodis is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer I for a Contract with a client in Sylmar, CA. This role involves troubleshooting and analyzing electronic circuits to identify failures and support quality improvements.

Rate Range: $30/Hour to $32/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Failure Analysis Engineer I Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis on analog and digital electronic circuits.

• Interpret schematics and evaluate circuit functionality to identify performance issues.

• Design, build, and assemble prototype circuits and test fixtures for validation activities.

• Document quality concerns, test results, and performance metrics for management review.

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, to maintain accurate records and reports.

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.

• 0-3 years of experience in electronic circuit troubleshooting, testing, or failure analysis.

• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit schematics, electronic components, and common failure modes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and the ability to document quality and performance metrics effectively.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
