Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Dean, Assessment and Curricular Affairs, the Director of Educational Outcomes provides leadership for the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of academic assessment and curriculum mapping practices within WCUCOM. This position serves as a strategic partner to academic deans, faculty, and administration by assisting in the design and implementation of a curriculum that reinforces evidence-based decision-making. The Director advises assessment policy and methodology, oversees curriculum mapping to ensure coherent alignment of learning outcomes across the full program of study, supports accreditation reporting, teaches in the DO curriculum and provides development for faculty related to assessment and curricular design.

Required Qualifications
Doctoral degree in education, higher education administration, educational measurement, curriculum and instruction, health policy or a closely related field.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in higher education, with at least three (3) years of demonstrated work in academic assessment, institutional effectiveness, or curriculum design.
A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience in post-secondary setting
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience preparing formal reports and delivering professional presentations.
Familiarity with assessment management platforms
