Maintain a full-time workload (equivalent of 15 credit hours per term) which may include teaching in the Health Studies Programs to include classroom, clinical, laboratory courses, simulation-based courses, clinical coordination, and site engagement;

Prepare syllabi and develop curricula for lectures, laboratory, and simulation settings to address course and program student learning outcomes and Graduation Competencies, as appropriate;

Teach effectively in a traditional, hybrid, and/or online environment, and foster a respectful, inclusive, and equitable environment;

Teach Early College and/or dual enrollment high school students in area high schools, including but not limited to Framingham, Millis, Waltham, and/or Milford, or at our Framingham MassBay campus;

Provide instruction during high school hours of operation when necessary;

Demonstrate clinical procedures;

Support the Early college/dual enrollment needs via communication and reporting between high school & college representatives; collaborate with high school administrators and counselors;

Serve as an academic advisor to students and maintain office hours;

Participate in College, Division, and Program governance, including attending Division, Department, Advisory Committee, and other committee meetings;

Participate in the assessment of course and program learning outcomes, participate in curriculum development and continuous program improvement;

Maintain a safe environment during skills training and evaluation sessions; integrate simulation-based learning and competency checklists;

Use the College's technology platforms to effectively communicate with students and colleagues to enhance the learning experience, as appropriate;

Engage in professional development activities to maintain excellence and expertise in classroom/ clinical/simulation teaching;

Maintain appropriate paperwork and documentation required by the program and accreditation agencies;

Stay current with professional development activities on their own time;

Exhibit current experience and relevancy in the healthcare environment being taught and ensure instruction aligns with relevant industry certification domains (eg. NHA, OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA regulations);

Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Dean/Assistant Dean of Health Sciences consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreements;

Other duties as assigned.
