Provides administrative support for the Offices of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development, including the organization of events and committee meetings. Provides assistance and scheduling support for the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs, Executive Director of Faculty Actions, and Assistant Provost for Faculty Development and Success. Oversees the University Appointments, Promotion, and Tenure Committee (UAPT) review process, including scheduling meetings, assigning cases, liaising with school/college contacts, and assisting with the preparation of reports. Reports to the Executive Director of Faculty Actions.
B.A./B.S., excellent organizational and communications skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Wordpress and one to three years of relevant experience.
