Troubleshoot machinery, robot, automation, and controls issues and downtimeUse FIS plant monitoring software to review cycle times of equipmentReview and coordinate project installationsReprogram equipment for engineering changes and improvementsMaintain program backups for machinery and automationProgram new installations of automation, machinery, material handling, and robotsReview risk assessments as part of a team evaluating equipment safetySkills Required:PLC/CNC, Computer Numerical Control (CNC), Software SystemsRobotics, Computer VisionExperience Required:5+ yrs of related experienceAbility to work with UAW maintenance, Vendors, and other Process Team Members when requiredMicrosoft Suite familiarity (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)PLC Controller experience (Siemens, Rexroth, Allen Bradley)Education Required:High School Diploma / GED
