Facility Service Coordinator

Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or mechanical services.
• 3+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Have to know about HVAC - Placed at one of the client sites.
• Maintanace making sure things working correctly - in house maintenance facilities person - Could be Emory, Aquarium, Mercedes Benz, etc.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades or service departments onsite.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience working in critical environments. (ex. Healthcare, Data Centers)
• Experience with building automation, HVAC, plumbing systems, or construction project management.
• Proficiency with business technology (Microsoft office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, scheduling software, mobile field technology).
• Meet Site specific requirement such as background checks or vaccinations.
