Facility Rehab Director (FRD) - Full-Time
Location: DOYLESTOWN, OHIO
Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Facility Rehab Director (FRD) to lead our rehabilitation team in DOYLESTOWN, OHIO
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the rehabilitation department.
- Support staffing, scheduling, employee development, and team performance.
- Monitor quality, productivity, documentation, and compliance.
- Collaborate with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Promote strong clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and program growth.
Qualifications
- Current therapy license/credential as required for the position and state of practice.
- Rehabilitation clinical experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous leadership and SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
