Job Description:
This position is accountable for delivering on Intermountain''s vision of extraordinary care by leading, directing, overseeing, and achieving the goals and strategic initiatives of the Design and Construction department. Supports the system facility planning, design, and construction program as approved through the capital budget process and as directed by the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Design and Construction. The position provides direction and guidance to the system strategic facility master planning and specific project planning of major/strategic projects and works in collaboration with Real Estate, Operations, and Strategy teams. In addition, the position coordinates with the Design and Construction Director(s), Systems and Controls Director, and project managers on system branding implementation and recommended updates. This position may also directly manage selected projects as assigned.

With this position, you are eligible to participate in the Annual Pay for Performance (AP4P) Plan. This plan enables Intermountain Health to provide leaders with an additional performance compensation opportunity. The AP4P award opportunities are calculated as a percentage of your base salary. Awards are paid out based on attainment of selected Board-approved goals.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$67.41 - $104.06
