Standard Job Description

You will be the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 for the Facility Operations team which is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance and ensuring reliable electrical power distribution across the plant.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing daily operations, managing personnel, and guaranteeing that critical infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and mentor hourly/non‑exempt technicians and vendors in the execution of electrical system maintenance and plant‑wide operations.
• Develop, administer, and enforce policies and procedures that drive safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate and track project schedules, work plans, and resources to ensure timely completion of power distribution initiatives.
• Review work outcomes for sound judgment, quality, and compliance with established standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for task‑oriented assignments, translating goals into actionable work orders.

This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.

Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Prior Management and/or Leadership experience (formal or informal) in a heavy industrial plant setting
• Experience with electrical facility infrastructure and critical power distribution systems

Desired Skills

• Facility Maintenance Leadership experience with a strong focus on electrical operations, power distribution systems, and supporting mechanical functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience overseeing maintenance activities in a heavy industrial plant environment.
• Proven ability to lead effectively in demanding conditions and collaborate with personnel at all levels, including internal teams and external customers.
• Technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting critical electrical equipment and infrastructure systems essential to operational reliability.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
