Facility Manager – Dayshift

TMD Staffing is hiring an experienced Facility Manager for a manufacturing facility in Pharr, TX.

Pay: $60,000–$85,000 per year

Job Summary

The Facility Manager will oversee plant maintenance, facility operations, equipment, preventive maintenance, safety, environmental compliance, and maintenance personnel. This position requires strong leadership and industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant maintenance and facility activities.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee repairs and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Work with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Oversee HVAC, compressed air, extraction systems, and other facility equipment.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and facility improvement projects.
• Manage internal and external plant cleaning personnel.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and environmental requirements.
• Assist with purchasing parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Provide leadership and support to maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Facility or Maintenance Management position.
• Degree or technical education in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams.
• Experience with industrial electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with maintenance and calibration of industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• English preferred.
• Must be available to support facility needs as required.
