    Description
    Facility Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Fletcher Storage at its Ridgefield, CT location. Manager’s primary objective is to lease units to qualified renters and serve as a brand ambassador to the broader community. Supplemental to leasing self-storage, Manager will oversee our Interior Design Concierge (IDC) program; responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and documenting inbound & outbound shipments of high-value furniture and fixtures. Manager’s success will be measured by lease up velocity, customer experience, and attention to detail. Manager will be a reliable source of information while maintaining accurate records and best accounting practices. The Facility Manager will exude strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in all communications.  This position will also oversee the car storage and wine storage businesses – familiarity with both is a plus. Further, you will serve as the eyes & ears for the broader real estate and ensure that the facility is clean and safe at all times.
