    The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining facility utility systems that support semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role ensures the reliable operation of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems through routine inspections, alarm response, preventive maintenance, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor facility and utility systems through FMCS/BMS platforms

    • Respond to equipment alarms, abnormalities, and utility disruptions.

    • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems.

    • Troubleshoot HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, plumbing, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.

    • Support equipment startup, shutdown, operational switching, and emergency response activities.

    • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors and contractors.

    • Maintain work orders, maintenance records, and operational logs

    • Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE requirements
