We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, supporting operations, and maintaining a high-quality work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work, can troubleshoot independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot operational issues in a timely manner
- Diagnose and repair equipment, tools, and facility-related systems to minimize downtime
- Complete general facility upkeep including painting, carpentry, minor construction, and repairs
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas throughout the facility
- Assist with groundskeeping, exterior maintenance, and other operational support needs as required
- Help identify opportunities for preventative maintenance improvements and facility upgrades
- Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to support business needs and maintain productivity
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of facility, industrial, or maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
