What you will do as a Maintenance Technician: - Perform planned, corrective, and unplanned maintenance on specified equipment
- Maintain documentation for equipment to troubleshoot and repair
- Ensure safety in the workplace by eliminating unsafe conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support Quality Systems
- Execute the preventive maintenance program as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards
- Maintain communication (oral and written) within the maintenance team to ensure smooth shift transitions
What you need to be a Maintenance Technician: - High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must be a self-starter capable of working in a team-based environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
