Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Facility Maintenance Technician, where your substantial understanding and skills in facility maintenance and repair will help ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructures. You are responsible for performing moderately difficult maintenance tasks, resolving issues with sound judgement, and supporting energy efficiency measures. Your role is vital in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our facility's systems under the guidance of senior technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance checks, repairs, and installations.
- Monitor Building Monitoring Systems and resolve alarm issues.
- Maintain and operate plumbing, fire suppression, and safety systems.
- Support vendor management for maintenance work ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
- Collaborate with the team and vendors to update technical files and manage stock levels of critical parts.
- Strong problem-solving and repair skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in facility or infrastructure maintenance is preferred.
