We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join the LCRA Facilities team! This is an essential position that collaborates with facility electricians, HVAC technicians, and construction crews to support preventative maintenance at our sites. How You’ll Contribute:
Provide daily operational maintenance of critical building systems (i.e. HVAC, electrical, and life safety equipment) and respond to emergencies across multiple sites, supporting overall building functionality and safety.
Work alongside more experienced technicians and facilities teams to perform preventative maintenance to resolve issues efficiently ensuring system reliability and minimize downtime.
Maintain documentation to support compliance and operational tracking of facilities equipment.
Follow established safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and operational standards in all tasks.
How You’re Qualified:
Zero or more years of experience in building, grounds maintenance, or other relevant experience.
Driver's license

Demonstrate strong attention to detail through accurate documentation and consistent follow through.
Show versatility by supporting a wide range of tasks from mechanical systems to general maintenance and repairs.
