Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our manufacturing facility and production equipment. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in manufacturing maintenance, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

Required

Experience using a variety of hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, electric meters, and material handling equipment
Background in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or a related field
Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
Associate's Degree in a related technical field
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Production Equipment Maintenance

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, including:- CNC machines
- Welding equipment
- Heat treat ovens
- Assembly stations
- Other manufacturing equipment
Diagnose equipment issues and perform minor repairs using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools
Assist in maintaining maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency
