Job Summary
LJ’s Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations while working alongside the cleaning team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting employees, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily janitorial operations
Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
Conduct inspections to maintain cleaning standards
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling employees
Communicate with clients and corporate management
Perform janitorial duties alongside the team as needed
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures
Requirements
2+ years of supervisory or management experience
2+ years of janitorial or facility maintenance experience
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including email and reports
Ability to pass a background check
Must be available for full-time work and on-call duties
