Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect and repair all buildings and structures in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Receive, prioritize, diagnose, plan and perform repairs. Assign and track progress of these repairs and the performance of the repairs made.
Provide routine and repair facility maintenance and grounds maintenance to ensure safe, effective and proper performance.
Develop, implement and conduct routine preventative maintenance schedules and identify potential issues.
Inspect all structures and equipment to assess needed repairs, damages or maintenance needs to ensure safety and/or coordinate repairs.
Respond promptly to any and all emergency maintenance issues to safely and properly correct the issue in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Oversee, and perform all facets of groundskeeping within the Thunderbird Lodge and Spider Mountain grounds.
Maintain clean, safe and presentable lodging, recreation and common areas for guests.
