    Description

    HiFyve is hiring a Facility Maintenance Manager in the Manufacturing industry!

    Salary: $105,000-$110,000 (based on experience)

    Shift: 1st Shift | On-Call as Needed

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage facility maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing locations and buildings.
    • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, renovations, projects, contractors, and facility-related services.
    • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility systems and infrastructure.
    • Coordinate maintenance schedules, projects, repairs, and installations to minimize operational disruptions.
    • Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
    • Develop and manage facility improvement projects, budgets, and capital plans.
    • Oversee building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, and other facility infrastructure.
    • Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, environmental, building, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage spare parts, equipment, supplies, and facility resources to support efficient operations.
    • Track maintenance activities and facility repairs using a CMMS or EAM system.
    • Develop and monitor maintenance and facility performance metrics, budgets, and project schedules.
    • Partner with operations and other departments to identify facility needs and implement effective solutions.
    • Lead, coach, and develop facilities maintenance personnel to ensure high-quality and reliable work.

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 7+ years of facilities maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
    • 7+ years of experience in a lead, supervisor, management, or leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with CMMS or EAM systems.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple facility and maintenance needs based on operational impact.
    • Ability to work rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.

    Preferred:

    • Food and beverage manufacturing experience.
    • Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of USDA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
    • Experience with automated building systems, energy management systems, and facility security systems.
    • Experience with capital improvement projects and facility renovations.
    • Experience managing multi-site facilities.

    Work Environment & Requirements

    • Hands-on role working throughout manufacturing facilities and building environments.
    • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work in varying temperatures and conditions.
    • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials.
    • Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and facility-related hazards.
