Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated Range: $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance leader seeking a stable role where they can take ownership of an entire facility, leverage their ammonia refrigeration expertise, and play a critical role in the site's long-term success.

This is an ideal role for a maintenance professional who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and the ability to make a direct impact. As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you will serve as the on-site maintenance leader for a small, close-knit operation of approximately 10 employees. Rather than being one member of a large maintenance team, you will have full responsibility for the facility''s maintenance strategy, reliability, compliance programs, and equipment performance.

What You'll Be Doing

In this highly visible role, you'll combine hands-on technical work with facility leadership responsibilities. You'll oversee all maintenance-related activities, including:

• Managing and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting a small ammonia refrigeration system.
• Supporting a fleet of material handling equipment (MHE) and general facility systems.
• Managing the CMMS (X5), maintenance planning, scheduling, documentation, and work orders.
• Leading Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental health and safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Partnering with site leadership on budgeting, energy management, and facility improvement projects.
• Identifying and driving capital improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a high-integrity maintenance professional with strong refrigeration experience, particularly with ammonia systems. Success in this role requires someone who can comfortably transition between wrench-turning maintenance work, administrative responsibilities, and regulatory compliance management.

Candidates with experience in:

• Ammonia refrigeration systems
• PSM and regulatory compliance
• CMMS administration and maintenance planning
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Facility maintenance leadership in industrial, warehouse, or cold-storage environments will be especially well positioned for success.
