GENERAL SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Warehouse Facilities Coordinator to serve as the key administrative, operational, and facility support for our warehouse facility in Columbus, OH. This hybrid role combines warehouse office administration-such as inventory tracking, order processing, shipping/receiving documentation, and coordination between warehouse teams, office staff, vendors, carriers, and customers-with facility management responsibilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, compliant, and well-maintained physical environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution setting, excels at multitasking, maintains high accuracy in data and records, responds effectively to both routine and urgent facility/operational needs, and contributes to smooth daily operations while promoting safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the entire facility.
