As our Facility ConditionInspection Specialist your job is to connect those clues and turn them into insight. Youll assess building systems document conditions identify risks and opportunities and help customers understand not just what is happening in their facility but what they should do next.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo successfully perform this role an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Conduct comprehensive facility condition assessments of commercial and industrial facilities including the evaluation of building systems equipment infrastructure and asset life cycles to identify deficiencies maintenance needs safety risks and capital improvement opportunities.Document inspection findings using field notes photographs measurements and other supporting information. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge skills training experience and market conditions.This position is eligible for discretionary bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
