- Assumes the duties and responsibilities of Lead Facility Attendant in their absence, to include maintenance work orders, documentation, emergency situations, and inspections
- Supervisor assigned staff to the facility in maintaining housekeeping of the facility and adjacent grounds
- Operates HVAC equipment for environmental comfort according to established guidelines and directives, perform all operator inspections, and maintain operator log sheets
- Assists in inspection of the facility and adjacent grounds for security, vandalism, safety hazards, housekeeping and makes reports to the appropriate personnel
- Complete and submit all operating, accident, and emergency rescue reports to provide accountability of operations in CMMS and to correct department
- Maintain adequate supply inventory
- Follow the facility cleaning schedules and performs housekeeping in the assigned work section using approved housekeeping methods and acceptable standards
- Provide outstanding customer services to our students and the general public
- Comply with District policies and procedures
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned
- All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certification, as appropriate
