Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Facility and General Helper to join our CNC Rebuild Shop located in Cincinnati, OH, 45215. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while supporting our skilled technicians in various tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and teardown of CNC machines and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and work areas.
- Support technicians with routine maintenance and repairs of CNC machinery.
- Handle materials and tools, ensuring they are stored properly and safely.
- Perform basic assembly and disassembly tasks as directed.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and materials.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve shop efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or CNC environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety practices in a shop environment.
- Driver's license.
