Description

The Workplace Office Coordinator will support daily workplace operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment. This role will manage office inventory and organization and will be on site for a 3-6 month contract.

  • Oversee daily workplace operations to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Order office supplies, food, snacks, etc.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, stock rooms, and pantry.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure availability.
  • Support the secretarial and business support department with operational tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all staff.
  • Address employee concerns related to office facilities and operations promptly.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to meet office needs.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Profile

  • 1-3+ years of being an Office Manager or Receptionist.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and lift throughout the office.
  • Ability to commit to a 3-6 month contract.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and compliance standards.
  • This role is contractual and seeking applicants who are immediately available.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Chicago.
