Job Title: Driver/Facility Worker Salary: $17 per hour Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Maintain daily logs for pick-ups and drop-off of clients and related staff.
- Create necessary forms for documentation of maintenance, gasoline, and all other expenses on regards to the company's vehicles.
- Report to Supervisor Facilities on all company vehicle activities, problems, issues and needed repairs.
- Provide delivery service to internal and external sources as directed.
- Deliver mail to Administrative Director for proper sorting and further delivery of department mail.
- Drive to various destination as requested by your supervisor and executive management.
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the company vehicles.
- Provide a warm and pleasant atmosphere for all clients and/or staff.
- Establish and sustain a climate of mutual respect among staff and colleagues.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicles in addition to the required inspection and registration.
- Responsible for having current vehicles documentation in the vehicles at all times.
- Support the facilities department when needed.
- Responsible for the accurate accounting of inventory/central supply including receiving, processing, recording and distributing supplies and materials.
Requirements: - Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid US driver's license (State of NJ)
- Maintain required state auto insurance
- Comfortable working on Microsoft environment (word, excel, teams)
- Have good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
- Must be able to physically perform duties of the position
- Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
