? What You'll Be Doing
+ Prepare apartments for new residents and complete move-in ready repairs
+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliance issues
+ Complete preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
+ Respond to resident service requests and emergency calls
+ Perform painting, drywall patching, and general carpentry work
+ Help maintain the property's appearance, including grounds and exterior areas
+ Use hand and power tools daily to complete repairs safely and efficiently
+ Work closely with property management to provide an exceptional resident experience
✅ What We're Looking For
+ 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or related experience
+ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
+ Experience using hand and power tools
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Valid Driver's License
+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs when needed
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
