Facilities Technician

Experience in Corrigo is also great but not required.

Certified in HVAC would be GREAT

The tech will be responsible to complete weekly and monthly PM's. They also will be completing general handyman repairs. The site is closing could be supporting with misc. tasks around that. They will support escorting contractors and ensuring they are wearing all required PPE. Swapping door handles, securing netting, and any other random tasks. Completing checklists and reports in a timely fashion.

Summary: The main function of a Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for the assigned buildings. Job Responsibilities: Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed
