Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and ensuring the smooth functioning of critical building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC and other building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including chillers, rooftop units, and refrigerant-based systems.
- Support system startups, commissioning, and upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and refrigerant usage.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience servicing refrigerant-based HVAC systems.
- Experience troubleshooting compressors, refrigerant circuits, and electrical components.
- Knowledge of building automation systems such as Johnson Controls, Trane, Siemens, Honeywell, or Schneider.
