We're looking for a skilled Facilities Technician IV to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota, and help maintain our world-class facilities, laboratories, and equipment. Pay Rate: $31.47 - $50.77 / hour


Duties:


+ Responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests involving electrical, plumbing, structural, and equipment repairs

+ Performing preventative maintenance and managing work orders through Daikin's CMMS system (x5)

+ Supporting laboratory testing activities in accordance with ISO 17025 standards

+ Analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing test rooms, test cells, and facility systems

+ Maintaining and servicing chillers and related equipment

+ Monitoring and operating the Building Management System (BMS)

+ Coordinating and working alongside contractors as needed

+ Submitting purchase requisitions for maintenance parts and supplies

+ Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies

+ Assisting with environmental audits and regulatory requirements

+ Responding to facility emergencies and supporting after-hours operational needs

+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Communicating effectively across departments to support facility operations

Position Requirements:


+ Associate degree in an HVAC maintenance-related field or equivalent technical training

+ Universal Refrigerant Certification (EPA 608)

+ 7+ years of related facilities maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification

+ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: Associates Degree.
