Location: Mountain View, CA – Onsite
Pay Rate: $37.46/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Seeking an experienced Facilities Technician/Administrator to support day-to-day facility maintenance and operations. This role will troubleshoot and perform repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance, while also assisting with projects, vendors, events, furniture moves, and facility emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Perform general building repairs and maintenance
- Support facility projects, events, and employee moves
- Coordinate/escort contractors and service vendors
- Respond to facility issues and emergencies
- Maintain work orders and records of materials/labor
- Assist with furniture, equipment, shelving, and fixture installation
- Travel to nearby facilities in San Francisco and Palo Alto as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC OR Electrical experience, OR 10+ years of general facilities management/maintenance experience
- High School Diploma/GED required
- HVAC/Electrical education or certifications preferred
- OSHA 10 preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding up to 20 ft
