Job Summary: Seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician with 2 5 years of experience in facility maintenance/facility management. The candidate should have strong experience maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC, chillers, CDA systems, compressors, electrical infrastructure, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems and chillers.
Maintain CDA (Clean Dry Air) systems and compressors.
Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance.
Troubleshoot facility equipment and infrastructure issues.
Order maintenance parts and coordinate with external vendors.
Perform hands-on repairs using drills and other tools.
Support basic welding/fabrication activities when required.
Follow facility safety and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills

2 5 years of facility maintenance/facility management experience.
HVAC and chiller maintenance.
CDA/clean dry air systems and compressors.
Electrical infrastructure and plumbing.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Parts ordering and vendor coordination.
Hands-on maintenance experience.

Preferred

EPA / OSHA 10 certification.
HVAC or Plumbing certification.
Forklift certification.
Welding and drilling experience.
Semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, commercial, or industrial facility experience.

Education

B.E. preferred/required as specified.

Pay Scale: $25-30/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
