Responsibilities Operate, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Maintains facilities, facility HVAC systems, and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace.

Shift: 1:30pm Apprx -10pm Apprx


Job Summary
Maintains facilities, facility HVAC systems, and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Move and install equipment and/or furniture.
• Perform maintenance and other related facilities duties.
• Follow GMP Change Process, work orders, and ISO standards.
• Maintain and document work activities using computer maintenance systems.
• Manage repair and improvement projects.
• Manage vendors and related service activities.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities; on-call time is paid at 2 hours per day.

Required Qualifications

• 1 2 years of experience in a GMP environment.
• Familiarity with GMP environments, GMP Change Process, work orders, and ISO standards.
• Experience maintaining a Clean Room.
• Experience working in a business facilities environment.
• Experience working with computers, specifically Microsoft Word and computerized maintenance systems.
• Candidates may have experience working in hospitals or semiconductor environments.
• Ability to work second shift and participate in on-call responsibilities.
