    Title: Facilities Technician III
    Location: Menlo Park, CA
    Duration: 12 Month Contract
    Shift: 2nd Shift

    Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment (HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, Plumbing)
    • Move and installation of equipment and or furniture
    • Other related duties
    Required Experience & Environment:
    • Familiar working in a GMP environment
    • GMP Change Process, work orders, ISO standards
    • Candidates may have worked in Hospitals, semiconductor environment
    • Needs experience maintaining a Clean Room
    • Needs experience working on computer, specifically: Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systems
    Availability:
    • Available to be on call, paid 2 hrs Day
    Project & Vendor Management:
    • Management of repair and improvement projects, managing vendors
    Minimum Experience:
    • 1-2 years exp in a GMP environment
