Job Overview:
Pay Range: $35.00hr - $40.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
- Basic PC/Microsoft Office skills to navigate email, timecards, and work order software.
- Ability to follow EHS policies and procedures.
- Basic mechanical or handyman aptitude.
- Willingness to work outside and inside, walking building and grounds with exposure to exterior elements including cold, wind, and heat.
- Initiative and self-motivated mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance activities such as plumbing repairs, electrical device installations, temperature adjustments, wall/door repairs, and service requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance and monthly safety inspections of assigned building.
- Promptly report maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
- Support conference room set-ups and teardowns.
- Support facilities moves, furniture installations, and reconfigurations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as directed by management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate record keeping.
- Promote effective work practices and work as a team member.
- Support the overall goal of maintaining a neat, clean, and comfortable work environment.
- Follow Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Support facilities maintenance and operations for several suites within one facility.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LO/TO) procedures.
