Duration: 12 months (Temp to Permanent role )
Pay rate range: $35 –$ 38.46 /hr on w2 (All inclusive)

Job Description:
- This Facilities Tech D will provide support as a skilled technician (replacement).
- Requires 10-20 years’HVAC experience, requires basic mastery of HVAC elements.
- This Tech D will coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to accommodate all program requirements. Y
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a company vehicle to travel to all 5 sites in Brevard.
- An in-house FTE is required.
- Will be on call for Program critical equipment issues.
- Business work orders are completed within 5 days, sometimes within the hour.
