Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, confidence in their skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility systems equipment including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of building systems.
- Diagnose complex system issues using Building Automation Systems, blueprints, schematics, and other technical tools.
- Maintain electrical systems, including low and medium voltage power distribution and lighting systems, ensuring safety compliance.
- Support daily building start-up procedures and perform miscellaneous repairs such as painting and hardware maintenance.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED, with two years of trades schooling in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC.
- Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs.
- At least 4 years of related experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments, especially in maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
- Experience utilizing CMMS, PM software, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Valid driver's license and U.S. citizenship.
