Facilities Technician

Job Description:

• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues with int the office structure and systems.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems. This includes fixing faults, replacing parts, and ensuring all systems are operational.
• Preventative Maintenance: Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to avoid potential issues, such as cleaning and servicing equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and building codes.
