Facilities Support - The Breakers Palm Beach

We are seeking experienced Facilities Support Technicians to join The Breakers Palm Beach, including Electrical, Refrigeration/HVAC, Kitchen, and Laundry specialists. These roles are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting critical resort equipment and systems, including electrical, commercial kitchen, laundry, steam, and natural gas applications. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and electrical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

- Technician II - Electrician/Locksmith 2nd Shift

- Technician II - Kitchen & Laundry 2nd Shift

- Technician III - Commercial Laundry Equipment

- Technician III - Kitchen & Laundry

- Technician II - Refrigeration/HVAC

Qualifications:

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare accurate and complete maintenance and repair reports
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and team members
- Operate all equipment and tools in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
