Facilities Supervisor - Weekend Shift

Standard Job Description

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.

Hiring, training and overseeing workers to ensure effective, timely machine repairs.

Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices.

Manages more than one functional area in Facilities, such as maintenance, janitorial, groundskeeping, facilities engineering, construction, property management, office planning and layout. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must possess a valid drivers license
• Must have maintenance experience
• Previous experience managing people and/or leading employees
• Must be capable of communicating with all levels of management.
• Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge and use of predictive/preventative maintenance technologies and applications.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advance knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulics/robotic systems.
• Must be capable of communicating with vendors and contractors.
• Blueprint reading and project scheduling familiarity
• Team building and team engagement skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
