JOB DUTIES
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities Operations, the Facilities Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily activities of staff engaged in grounds maintenance, general maintenance, custodial services, and skilled trades. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance, repair, renovation, and upkeep of campus buildings, systems, and grounds.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly manages and supervises employees at multiple campus locations within the Facilities and related divisions, departments and operations. Carries out managerial and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the College's policies, rules and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
