Job Title: Facilities Student Assistant, F26-S27
Reports to: Jordyn Pell
Job Summary:
We are hiring a temporary Facilities Student Assistant to work alongside our full-time Facilities team members. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on student who enjoys working on a variety of physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort, move, and organize items in storage and around campus
Ride in a company vehicle with staff to assist with item delivery and pickup
Perform general facilities support tasks such as:
Assembling furniture
Taking out trash and recycling
Assisting with campus organization projects
Deep cleaning
Participate in renovations, including wall patching and painting
Accountable for tracking and reporting the amount of time worked
Qualifications:
Expected dates of employment: August 20, 2026 - May 7, 2027
Expected number of hours per week: up to 20
Wage Range:
$19.00 per hour
Working Conditions:
The usual and customary methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching; and fine finger dexterity. May need to lift up to 50 lbs.
