High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Texas Drivers License, Class C, required. Must have, or obtain within 90 days, a Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification for Type I and Type II equipment. Graduation from trade school in one or more building maintenance related disciplines preferred. Minimum of three (3) years experience required in the installation and maintenance of all types of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural and interior finish. Must be familiar with computer usage. Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with the public. Must be able to coordinate effectively with co-workers.
