    Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Facilities Services Manager with Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to oversee and enhance GMP and non-GMP cleaning operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with the opportunity to drive the ongoing development, standardization, and continues improvement of cleaning programs, ensuring activities and documentation consistently meet GMP requirements. The role will also lead site improvement and cost-savings projects and take ownership of developing and managing additional services within scope, making this an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys both operational excellence and building new solutions

    Description

    Janitorial and GMP Cleaning Management

    • Act as primary point of contact between client stakeholders and janitorial service provider
    • Oversee performance of third-party cleaning vendor across all sites
    • Establish clear expectations, service standards, and accountability measures
    • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance
    • Implement and manage structured auditing programs, including scoring and follow-up actions
    • Address performance gaps through corrective action plans and ongoing vendor engagement
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within janitorial operations
    • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without impacting service quality or compliance
    • Analyze janitorial and FM cost structures and identify optimization opportunities
    • Monitor budgets, track spend, and support cost control initiatives
    • Develop business cases and ROI-driven recommendations for improvements
    • Support financial decision-making through operational insights and benchmarking

    IFM Services Project Management

    • Manage and coordinate facility-related projects across multiple sites
    • Support delivery of capital and operational FM initiatives
    • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
    • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors as required
    • Manage competing priorities across sites in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
    • Provide regular project updates, reporting, and issue resolution
    • Scope and oversee financial budgets and schedule, with regular reporting

    Requirements

    • Authorized to work in the US.
    • Qualified to pass a security screening and medical examination.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities, cleaning management, including people leadership, or project management within the pharmaceutical or a related regulated industry.
    • Demonstrated experience / knowledge of GMP, laboratory, or cleanroom cleaning management.
    • Track record of involvement in developing and implementing cleaning programs, SOPs, and quality frameworks in regulated environments;
