This position offers a base salary range of $71,651 - $119,419 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Overview:

Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of grounds and facilities services including store cleaning department personnel. Responsible for all landscaping/snow maintenance and managing contractors that perform this work for all stores. Tracks work orders and ensures work follows established service, quality, and safety standards to completion. Schedules and supervises processes for store 1 year post construction follow-ups, car wash rehab installs, and generator related work orders.

Responsibilities:

1. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities.
2. Coordinates all landscaping and snow removal duties with contracted vendors for all Sheetz stores including managing and maintaining contracts, and monitors work of contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
3. Responsible for scheduling and managing maintenance-related CapEx projects and service calls to completion.
4. Manages billing and invoicing for all landscaping and snow removal projects to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
5. Schedules and coordinates service desk calls related to generator setup and delivery across the Sheetz footprint.
6. Manages and schedules preventative maintenance work to include store 1-year post construction process to uncover needs, determine SOW, and conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are addressed within the 1-year warranty process.
7. Assists in coordination of facility support related materials needed for active service and work orders as needed.

Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)


Education
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associates Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.

 

Experience
• Minimum 3 years in construction management, project management or related experience required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience required.

 

Licenses/Certifications
• Valid Driver’s License required.

 

Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):
• Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)
• Power Hand tools (saws, drill press, grinders, sanders, etc.)
• Irrigation box (filters, heads, nozzles)
