JOB TITLE: Facilities Representative FULL TIME ONSITE
LOCATION:Grand Prairie, TX
PAY RATE: $88.61/hour
Summary:
Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.
Prepares bid sheets for construction and facilities projects.
Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
Writes scopes of work for construction and facilities projects.
Coordinates with architecture and engineering firms for design and construction activities.
Manages projects for office building fit-outs and industrial building construction.
Ensures project completion within established requirements and schedules.
Applies knowledge of architectural or engineering principles to facilities projects.
Oversees construction and facilities projects from planning through completion.
Reviews and evaluates contractor proposals and cost estimates.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
Experience with fitting out office buildings.
Experience with construction of industrial buildings.
Experience writing scopes of work for facilities projects.
Experience dealing with architecture and engineering firms.
Project management experience for facilities and construction projects.
Ability to review and estimate design and construction costs.
Experience gathering and reviewing facility and equipment specifications.
Experience preparing bid sheets for construction and facilities projects.
