Job Description We are seeking a Facilities Project Manager / Operations Manager to oversee facility planning, equipment maintenance, and warehouse logistics operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in project management, facilities operations, and logistics coordination who can drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project operations related to facilities maintenance and warehouse logistics.
  • Plan and optimize space utilization and facility layouts for operational efficiency.
  • Oversee equipment and machinery maintenance projects from concept through execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Lead project reviews ensuring cost, schedule, and technical requirements are met.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage contracts, vendors, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
  • Strong background in facilities management or maintenance operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 6 years of experience OR Masters degree with 4 years of experience.
  • Experience in project management, facilities, or operations.

Experience Range for This Role Based on the job description:

  • Minimum Experience: 4 years with a Masters degree.
  • Typical Requirement: 6 years with a Bachelors degree.
  • Maximum / Ideal Range: 8-10 years (strong candidates with leadership/project ownership).
